Lavender introduces a soft, floral aroma that rounds out the naturally herbaceous character of yerba mate. The result is calm and balanced and easy herbal tea you can sip morning or evening. Serve warm for a cozy cup or slightly chilled for a delicate iced tea. Gentle flavor, clean finish.

Cold Brew 

• Add 2–3 Tbsp loose leaf per 8 oz water to a pitcher or French press.

• Refrigerate and steep overnight (up to 24 hrs).

• Strain; sweeten to taste if you like.
  Fast iced hack: Brew hot at double strength and pour over a full cup of ice.

Hot Mate

• Add 2–3 Tbsp loose leaf per 8 oz water to your cup or infuser.

• Moisten the leaves with a splash of cool water; wait 30 seconds.

• Add hot, not boiling water (about 170°F / 75°C) and steep 5–10 minutes.

• Strain; sweeten to taste (optional).
