Cold Brew 

• Add 2–3 Tbsp loose leaf per 8 oz water to a pitcher or French press.

• Refrigerate and steep overnight (up to 24 hrs).

• Strain; sweeten to taste if you like.
  Fast iced hack: Brew hot at double strength and pour over a full cup of ice.

Hot Mate

• Add 2–3 Tbsp loose leaf per 8 oz water to your cup or infuser.

• Moisten the leaves with a splash of cool water; wait 30 seconds.

• Add hot, not boiling water (about 170°F / 75°C) and steep 5–10 minutes.

• Strain; sweeten to taste (optional).
