The Perfect Cup:

You can brew Erva Yerba Maté using a tea bag, a French press, or  by simply adding the maté right into your cup and using a bombilla (filtered straw) or straining before drinking!

Traditional Hot Mate:

1. Measure out 2-3 tbsp of Erva (per 8 oz. of water) and put into your bag, tea ball, French press, or cup if you are using a bombilla or strainer

2. Moisten leaves with cool water and let sit for 30 seconds while maté awakens

3. Pour in hot - not boiling - water (approx 170°) and let steep for 5-10 minutes

 4. Sweeten to taste if desired

Cold Brew: Erva Style

1. Measure out 2-3 tbsp of Erva per 8 oz. of water 

2. Refrigerate and steep for 12-24 hours (the longer it sits, the stronger the tea)

3.  Pour through strainer

4. Sweeten to taste if desired

Your cold brew will last 5-7 days in the fridge. Enjoy!
